Jessica Alves flaunts her surgically enhanced ᴀssets in a sparkly ɴuᴅᴇ dress after announcing the release of a comic book about her life

She’s known for her daring displays and raunchy looks.

However Jessica Alves cut a rather sophisticated figure on Wednesday night as she enjoyed an evening out at Sєxy Fish in London.

The Brazilian-British television personality, 40, opted for a glamorous long ɴuᴅᴇ dress which was covered in sparkles.

While she still managed to flaunt her surgically enhanced ᴀssets in the ensemble, she kept it slightly more conservative while covering up with a mesh sequined shawl which hung over her shoulders.

Completing the look with some ɴuᴅᴇ heels and matching handbag, her appearance comes after Jessica announced she is set to release a comic book about her life and her transition from male to female.

Jessica has struggled to come to terms with her past and has had therapy to work through the traumatic times in her life.

While she was ᴀssigned male at birth, she considered herself to be female from ‘the age of three, four, five, six’, playing with Barbie dolls bought for her by her grandfather when she was younger.

The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate was bullied throughout her childhood and in January 2020 came out as transgender after three months of living in privacy, going on to have breast augmentation and vaginoplasty.

The glamorous sparkly ensemble clung to her curvaceous figure

In 2013 she was diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder and has spent £1million on more than 100 operations over the course of 21 years.

She told MailOnline: ‘After so many plastic surgeries and treatments to change my appearance, and now to preserve my looks, I feel confident to tell my life story in an upcoming comic book.

‘I shall tell episodes of my childhood, including having gender dysphoria and being disowned by my late father.

Earlier this week Jessica announced she is set to release a comic book about her life and her transition from male to female

‘I have always been afraid to talk about my past. It was something I had therapy for in order to forget but, now at the age of 40 years old and a happy woman, it is the right time to share with people a little about my past life.

‘I think my story will help many young adults and parents to deal with and understand gender dysphoria, and also my fans, readers and haters to understand how my life was, living trapped in the wrong body and not being understood.’

The comic book is to be launched just before Comic-Con in London on May 24

Jessica previously said she was ‘done’ with cosmetic surgery, insisting she is now ‘happy’ and that her ‘body matches my soul’.

She told MailOnline: ‘After 21 years undergoing plastic surgeries, now at the age of 40 I can officially say that I am done with it.

‘I am not perfect but at least I am happy and my body matches my soul. It hasn’t been an easy journey for me, on top of the amount of time spent I see that as an investment for a happy life moving forward.’

She stressed: ‘I get very much judged and criticised by the public for my life choices but what I would like people to understand is that plastic surgeries changed my life.

‘Being born in the wrong body I had two choices. One is to live and take the chances to modify myself to a happy and prosperous future or just to die as I couldn’t live in a body that didn’t belong to me.

While Jessica was ᴀssigned male at birth, she considered herself female from 'the age of three, four, five, six', playing with Barbie dolls bought by her grandfather when she was younger

‘Having said that I am ageing. I really take good care of myself with a good diet, I also take daily vitamins, I also spend around 10k a month on aesthetics treatment to maintain my skin and to stop the natural ageing process.’

Jessica added she wanted to speak out to make people aware of the dangers of plastic surgery and that the negative health issues she had suffered had contributed to her decision to stop going under the knife.

She admitted: ‘I have always been very open about my plastic surgeries and all the complications that I have had post op.’

However, she has since gone under the knife again and jetted out to Turkey earlier this year for a £15,000 face, lip and neck lift.

She headed to Trio Clinic after deciding to have face and neck lift surgery to ‘take 10 years away’ and ‘regain my confidence to find a younger lover’.

‘This face lift and neck lift surgery will take 10 years away from me and I believe that a younger look will match my young soul,’ she told MailOnline at the time.

In 2013 she was diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder and has spent £1million on more than 100 operations over the course of 21 years

‘I spend £10,000 a month alone in face and body procedures to delay my natural ageing process, I find myself on a daily basis every week at a different clinic in London who has the latest therapies to improve my skin and to reverse my natural aging process and, as much as all those procedures work, they aren’t permanent.

‘I will now just have the full works and hopefully once I’m healed I will regain my confidence to find a lover for life.

‘I don’t enjoy been single or going on weekly dates that never materialise into anything.

‘Maybe the lack of confidence is because I am older than all my former dates.

‘I have always dated a younger man and as much as they adored me, my insecurity was that if a younger woman came along, I would be swapped over.

‘I hope that after this big face surgery I will gain confidence again.’
