Nicki Minaj was seen for the first time since her drug arrest in Amsterdam as she arrived to the United Kingdom on Saturday.
The Starships rapper, 41 – who livestreamed her own arrest after she was accused of ‘carrying drugs’ in her luggage – was briefly arrested and fined at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
However, due to the incident, her Saturday concert at the Co-Op Area in Manchester was canceled last minute amid her Pink Friday 2 Tour – with thousands of fans already awaiting inside the new stadium.
Minaj was seen holding a small smile on her face as she was spotted shortly after arriving to Manchester.
Nicki donned a H๏τ pink, Fendi puffer coat that was left unzipped at the front, concealing the ensemble she wore underneath.
She added a pink, Louis Vuitton beanie on top of her head which partially covered her long, dark locks.
The performer also opted for a pair of white-rimmed shades to complete her overall look.
Earlier in the day, Minaj was arrested before being fined at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on Saturday on allegations that ‘soft drugs’ were found in her luggage.
The Dutch national police agency shared a social media update that a 41-year-old American woman was released from custody after consultation with local prosecutors, CBS News reported.
The Dutch police didn’t name Nicki in the post but they didn’t have to as she streamed the whole incident on Instagram Live.
In the video, she explained that the police told her marijuana had been found in her bags and it would have to be weighed.
She was traveling from Amsterdam to Manchester for her next Pink Friday 2 Tour show at the time. Saturday night’s concert was canceled at the last moment as a result of her brief detainment.
Despite vehemently denying that she was carrying any drugs, the rapper was told that she needed to go to the police station in footage captured during the livestream.
