She’s known for her chameleon looks on stage, altering her image with a variety of stage set-ups and flamboyant styles.
And Katy Perry ensured she didn’t disappoint at Germany’s ECHO music awards tonight.
The singer may have walked away empty handed with no nominations but she stole the night by showing up in a silver space age dress – then wowing with her energetic performance.
Making an impact: Katy Perry was the star performer as she turned up to Germany’s ECHO Awards with a space age theme
Wowing the crowd: She gave an energetic routine at Berlin’s Palais am Funkturm dressed in a silver catsuit and her blue hair scraped up
For the show, the 27-year-old singer changed out of her mini-dress and quiff up-do into a sleek silver catsuit which showed off her toned figure.
Wearing black knee pads and chunky boots, Katy’s blue hair matched the intergalactic theme as it was scraped up into a high ponytail, with the locks crimped and hanging down from her topknot.
Katy gave a high energy routine as she gave it her all while flanked by dancers, who donned black PVC tops and blue trousers.
Giving it her all: Katy was excited to enter the city earlier this week as part of her European trek
Flanked by dancers: The singer was one of the big stars who turned up to the glitzy music event on Thursday
At one point she jumped on the floor on her knees, while she also showed off how flexible she is with her moves, stretching out in front of the crowd.
She also went for an out of this world number when she stepped on to the carpet at Berlin’s Palais am Funkturm earlier this evening.
The singer emphasised her curvy figure with a silver frock, embellished with mirror-like panels, making her look like she was out of a computer game.

Upbeat: She has been concentrating on her career since splitting up from husband Russell Brand
And she ensured it showed off her frame even more by clenching her waist as she posed for pH๏τographs on her arrival.
The I Kissed A Girl hitmaker showed off her legs in the daring number, matching the shiny frock with ɴuᴅᴇ heels, and she wore even more bling with her chunky rings and bracelet.
And it wasn’t only her outfit which raised eyebrows as her blue hair was also styled to make people notice.
Posthumous honour: Late singer Amy Winehouse was paid tribute to by her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield, who sang alongside German singer Ivy Quainoo, Dutch singer Caro Emerald and Danish singer Aura Dione
Paying tribute: Dionne showed up to the event in a pretty dress before entertaining the audience on stage
Katy opted to have her locks styled into a large quiff which waved in front of her forehead, while she kept her make-up simple with fake eyelashes and a slick of baby pink lipgloss.
But she clearly wanted a different look when she took to the stage.
She wrote on Twitter ahead of the show: ‘Hello Berlin! Very happy to see your electric beauty again :).’
Turning up the volume: She wasn’t nominated for an award but stole the show with her immaculate stage presence
Fireworks: The American singer was happy to entertain the star-studded audience as she let the night go off with a bang
But while she was a star attendee at the event, Katy wasn’t up for an award, unlike Adele, Lana Del Rey and even late singer Amy Winehouse, who were all nominated for gongs.
Back to Black hitmaker Amy was honoured at the event, with her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield turning up to pay tribute to the star, who died last July.
Dressed to impress: She flew into Germany earlier this week to attend the awards at Berlin’s Palais am Funkturm
