Katy Perry flaunted her Sєxy legs while leaving her H๏τel in London wearing a blue polka dot dress from Australian fashion label Wheels & Dollbaby last Thursday.

The kooky singer first greeted her fans in a cute polka-dotted navy blue dress before heading to the Radio 1 Studios for her guest appearance on the Scott Mills show.

It was also quite a sizeable mob surrounding Katy Perry! Good thing she came prepared, and was a sight for sore eyes in her playful outfit.

Katy Perry’s polka-dotted dress with a red rose brooch accent has been ID’ed as from the Australian label Wheels & Dollbaby. I checked out their website, and they had this more ruffly version:

I prefer this rufflier, flirtier dress, but I do like Katy Perry’s addition of the white belt to her own dress. It breaks up all the polka dots and emphasizes her tiny waist.
