The blonde bombshell from Texas did not appear to have her wedding rings on amid questions about whether her marriage to Eric Johnson is on the rocks.

The pH๏τo was taken by Alex Berrger to promote her holiday fashion line from her successful eponymous fashion brand.

In the sH๏τ, the songbird puts her left hand up to show her wedding rings from Johnson are gone.

The Dukes of Hazzard movie star had a sleeveless black halter-style evening gown as she posed on stairs.

‘Wishing you and yours the best this holiday season ❤️ xo, Team JS,’ wrote the star in the Instagram caption.

For months it has been speculated that she has split from her spouse with whom she has three children.

Eric has not been wearing his wedding rings either when he has gone out.

Last month she seemed to shed a negative light on her love life in an Instagram post.

‘Interviews in my Nashville music room where I unearthed my singular magic,’ began the 44-year-old singer in her caption.

‘This comeback is personal, it’s an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve.’

Her quote raised eyebrows as followers tried to guess who made her put up with ‘everything I did not deserve.’

‘Ohhh someone is NOT PLAYING anymore, girls!!! Take notes!!’ wrote one fan.

Another said: ‘I’m so sorry you went through what you did.’

One fan said: ‘Are you talking about your husband?’

Then there was this fan who seemed off base: ‘I feel as though she regrets divorcing Nick. All due respect to her.’
