Sydney Sweeney was preppy chic as she attended the star-studded RH Newport opening event in Newport Beach, California on Thursday.
The Anyone But You actress, 27 – who recently showcased her driving skills in a race car – was joined by other celebrity guests during the festivities, such as Jessica Alba.
RH Newport – a luxury furnishing and good store – officially opened its doors at The Gallery at Fashion Island.
Sweeney put on a leggy display wearing a dark gray miniskirt that stopped inches above her knees, as well as a matching vest that was ʙuттoned at the front.
The star layered the ensemble with a matching blazer and slipped into a pair of closed-toed, black heels.
Sydney’s long, blonde locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light curls.

The actress opted for minimal accessories to allow the outfit to be the main focal point, and added a dainty, silver necklace.
Sweeney’s makeup was classically done, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a light shadow around her eyes.
A warm blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a rosy pink matte tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
When it comes to her personal sense of style, Sydney opened up to People a few months earlier in August.
‘Fashion is a really fun way of embracing different sides of yourself. Some days, I might feel very girly, some days, I might feel edgy,’ she explained to the outlet.
‘Others, I might feel like I want to be more laid-back. It’s a way of being able to express those different sides of how I feel or who I am.’
In regards to her fashion sense, the Hollywood actress expressed that it is ‘always going to change.’
‘That’s what’s so amazing, especially about being a woman, is being able to embrace all the different sides of ourselves…’
