She’s an accomplished actress after having sH๏τ to fame as a child thanks to her starring role in the Harry Potter franchise, and is about to complete her studies at the prestigious Brown University.

And while Emma Watson might not have a great deal of spare time on her hands as a jet-setting movie superstar, she has somehow managed to squeeze in qualifying as a yoga instructor.

The 23-year-old actress admitted she turned to the spiritual exercise so so that she could anchor her crazy life, and is now certified to teach both yoga and meditation.

Speaking about her training in an interview with the May edition of Elle Australia magazine, she said: ‘People are like, “Where are you living? What are you doing?” I don’t know.

‘I’m too young to decide right now if I want to live here or in New York or in LA or wherever else. And I really struggled for the answers the past three years. I should really know! I should really commit!

‘I was like, “I need to find a way to always feel safe and at home within myself”. Because I can never rely on a physical place.’

And while fans of the Noah star may not be aware of her secret life as a yogi, she admitted she has pretty much grown up fully in the public eye.

She added: ‘Everyone has seen me with my terrible haircuts and my awful teeth and all the terrible things I wore and said.

Emma has previously confessed she was looking forward to honing her yoga skills and expanding her horizons in general after completing her degree at Brown University.

She told Wonderland magazine: ‘When I finish my degree, I will have a lot more time to pursue other pᴀssions, and I want to figure out what those will be.

‘I love having something completely unrelated to the film industry. I want to find something that will let me use my brain in another way.

‘I love painting, so maybe I hone in on that and do more art classes? Or maybe something different. I’m a board two certified qualified yoga instructor.’

In the interview with Elle Australia, the talented actress also opened up about her love life decisions, insisting that while she prefers to date civilians, she doesn’t like the way her relationship with them propels them into the public eye.

Emma is currently in a relationship with 21-year-old Oxford University student Matt Janney.
