Katy Perry turned heads in a skimpy ensemble as she arrived at London’s BBC Studios for an appearance on the One Show on Thursday.
The singer, 39, who is said to be engrossed in ‘crisis talks’ following the failure of hercomeback single Woman’s World, put on a very leggy display in a sheer lace skirt.
Katy teamed the black maxi skirt with a skin-тιԍнт silver bodysuit that hugged every inch of her jaw-dropping figure.
She slipped her feet into chunky black boots and shielded her eyes behind a pair of chic retro shades, adding several Brilliant Earth diamond rings for some extra sparkle.
During her appearance on The One Show Katy revealed the sweet her daughter Daisy Dove inspired her newest single Lifetimes, as she ploughs forward following her first new release being savaged by critics.
Saying: ‘Lifetimes is a song that I wrote inspired by my daughter, obviously I tell her ”I Love You” before she goes to bed every night, but I’ve started telling her ”will you find me in every lifetime” and she says ”yes.”
‘The sweetest thing is we’ve been all over Europe this summer and we’ve been to a lot of beaches and I bought a big stack of chocolate gold coins, and when we’re building sandcastles I will hide them as she’s digging and she will find them, so she loves finding chocolate coins.
‘So the other day I said ‘will you find me in every lifetime’ and she said ”yes and we’ll find chocolate coins together!‘So I just think you can find your soulmate, it can be your best friend, your pet, your daughter it can be your son, aunt, partner they come in many shapes and forms and they surprise you.’
The song is the latest single from Katy’s upcoming album 143, which is to be released on September 20th.
Katy’s TV appearance comes after DailyMail.com revealed she is ‘pointing the fingers at everyone but herself’ after her comeback single, Woman’s World, failed to set the charts alight.
Insiders claim she is desperately scrambling to devise a new plan to save her musical comeback.
The Teenage Dream hitmaker also faced criticism for the Sєxualised nature of the accompanying video, as well as her decision to work with music producer Dr. Luke, 50, after his highly publicised legal battle with Tick Tock singer Kesha, 37.
