Jennifer Lopez channeled good vibes ahead of her 55th birthday celebrations this weekend.

As the star prepared to host a party in the Hamptons—where she’s been vacationing since Fourth of July weekend—she posed for a few selfies. “Today is gonna be a great day 🤍🙏🏼 Happy Saturday everybody ☀️,” she captioned the series of snaps on Instagram.

In tune with her caption, Lopez glowed with a bronzed glam that included a dusting of brown eye shadow, black winged eyeliner, and a glossy pink lip. Her highlighted brown locks were slicked back into a bun to let her face, and luxe accessories, be the primary focus.

Being J.Lo, the star added some extravagance to her look with a heavyweight, diamond-encrusted gold chain bracelet. She also traded in her signature hoops for a chunkier pair from Chanel, which spelled out the label’s name across its curves. In one picture, she added some more shine to her look with a more genuine accessory: an ear-to-ear smile.

A casual mirror selfie showed off her Hamptons-worthy outfit. Dressed entirely in white, Lopez wore a form-fitting V-neck tank top and matching jeans, cinching her look with a brown leather belt. On her shoulder, she carried a large brown leather tote.

Though her birthday isn’t until July 24, Lopez started her party early. Guests—outfitted in regal attire such as elbow-length gloves and tiaras—were seen arriving at the star’s Hamptons home later on Saturday night. A horse and carriage even made an appearance, hinting that J.Lo was celebrating like true royalty. She is a pop queen, after all.
