Zendaya is stopping to smell the roses on the red carpet.
After making a grand entrance in a tulle Maison Margiela gown, Zendaya walked the Met Gala 2024 red carpet yet again in a new — and just as show-stopping — look.
The star, who’s co-chairing this year’s event, looked fresh as a rose in her second style of the night, which featured an enormous black train and ruffled sleeves — plus the pièce de résistance, a rose-adorned hat from Alexander McQueen’s 2007 collaboration with Philip Treacy.
The star seemingly scrubbed off the dramatic Pat McGrath Labs makeup she wore for her first appearance in favor of a more fresh-faced look this time around, though both looks included bleached eyebrows.
Like her first dress — which paid homage to the John Galliano-designed spring 1999 Christian Dior Haute Couture styles — the gown is another of the British designer’s masterpieces, from the 1996 Givenchy collection.
It appears April showers bring (first Monday of) May flowers, as Zendaya’s far from the only star rocking fashion festooned with blooms at this year’s “Garden of Time”-themed fête — including Lauren Sánchez, Kim Kardashian and Gigi Hadid, to name but a few.
