Rita Ora stunned in a furry pale orange coat on Thursday as she arrived at a fitting in NYC ahead of the Met Gala.

The singer, 33, wore the ankle-length coat with a darker orange beautifully patterned shirt and shorts set.

She wore oversized orange sunglᴀsses and bare legs contrasted with chic, pale blue winter ankle boots.

Rita, who is in NYC with her director husband Taika Waiтιтi, carried a gorgeous lemon-yellow handbag.

She is basking in the success of her new hairline Typebea which she launched in Sydney in April.

The Met Gala will take place on May 6 and the theme is Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.

It will be hosted by Challengers star Zendaya along with music superstar Bad Bunny, Chris Hemsworth, and Jennifer Lopez.

Rita recently followed in Beyoncé’s footsteps to release a hairline co-founded by Aussie hair expert Anna Lahey.

TYPEBEA’s products include your standard shampoo and conditioner, but also ‘overnight boosting peptide’ and ‘hydra-gloss treatment’.

She announced the hair line on April 2 and confirmed its Thursday launch date on April 7.

Rita revealed that the hair line was in the works for three years as she finally revealed it to her fans.

She wrote on Instagram at the time: ‘I’m so excited to finally announce a huge pᴀssion of mine, @TYPEBEA, high-performance haircare for all hair types that I’ve created with @anna.lahey.

‘The relationship we have with our hair is so personal. For me it’s a huge part of my idenтιтy, creativity and confidence. Throughout my career I’ve had nearly every hair colour and style.

‘My hair has been bleached, I’ve had extensions, I’ve cut it short. But now I can say my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been. I can’t wait to share this with you!’

It comes after Beyoncé launched Cécred in February in honour of her mother Tina who was a hairdresser.
