Rumer Willis said she’s embracing her ‘mama curves’ in a brown ʙικιɴι top in pictures she shared to Instagram on Tuesday from her jungle holiday.
The actress’ first child, daughter Louetta whom she shares with singer Derek Richard Thomas, turned one on April 18.
Rumer, 35, said she is keen to show her daughter what unconditional self-love looks like as her body shifts in appearance after welcoming a child.
The star – whose parents are Bruce Willis and Demi Moore – paired the top with brown-rimmed sunglᴀsses, gold bangles, and a patterned sarong.
She wrote in the post’s caption: ‘Leaning in to my mama curves in the jungle.
Captioning the post, Rumer spoke about learning to love her new body as it changes so Louetta can also love hers no matter the size
‘It’s been a journey of continuous curiosity and growth to see how much room and acceptance I can give my body as it continues to shift and transform after birthing a little human.
‘I hope to continue feeling in my loving of myself in all the many shapes and sizes it will come in so I can show my daughter what unconditional self love and acceptance looks like.
Rumer pushed her sunglᴀsses down her nose to reveal her eyes and her followers also got a better look at her two gold necklaces, one of which read ‘Louetta’.
She wore a dangling pearl earring in one ear and a silver hooped nose ring and pulled her hair into a bun.
Turning away, Rumer stretched to the right, highlighting her waist exposing a tattoo on her upper left back.
She then slipped a short-sleeved pinstriped brown shirt over her outfit and kept it unʙuттoned while she placed a hand on her head.
Rumer only went public with her boyfriend Derek a month before she announced her pregnancy.
Their daughter, Louetta Isley Thomas Willis, is mostly named after Bruce Willis’s favourite musicians.
The ‘Lou’ of Louetta is for Louie Armstrong, and the ‘etta’ for (Etta James), Her first middle name Isley is for the Isley Brothers and her second, Thomas, is Derek’s surname.
