Katy Perry is famous for her love of eccentric, bubble-gum pop costumes.
And the 30-year-old certainly hasn’t been disappointing fans with high expectations for her wardrobe choices during The Prismatic World Tour.
The star simply dazzled when she performed at Guangzhou International Sports Arena as part of the show’s stint in Asia on Saturday night.
When she strutted out on stage, Katy wowed her audience in an eye-catching neon multi-colourd dress, which looked like it had been attacked by several different buckets of paint.
To complete her fun look, the US singer wore yellow over-the-knee socks and a forest green wig.
After a quick wardrobe change, Katy then stepped out in a full-length yellow gown featuring four giant stick-on sunflowers.
For this outfit, she sported a bright green, pink, blue and white wig.
During the performance, the singer also dressed up in a couple of cat-inspired costumes.
One of her most noticeable numbers, however, was a dramatic low cut ball gown featuring firework explosions.
Katy has been on tour since last May, and according to reports, her hectic schedule was the reason she and boyfriend John Mayer parted ways.
A source told RadarOnline.com: ‘Katy and John reconnected once she had a break in her Prismatic World Tour,’ a source close to the pair told the site.
‘So, for those few months they had a great time, pretending that it would last – and of course it didn’t.
‘The reason they have split in the past is because Katy gets busy. John can’t handle the lack of attention, and she can’t handle the trust issues she has when she’s so far away.’
However, speculation is now growing that the two are now back together after they were spotted in the new West Hollywood H๏τ spot Ysabel two weeks ago looking ‘very much like a couple’, according to onlookers.
