The Big Brother star was enjoying a relaxing Spanish getaway

BIG Brother star Lisa Appleton enjoyed a frolic in the sea as she made the most of her Spanish getaway.

The 48-year-old was full of energy as she sprinted along the shoreline and splashed about in the waves.

Lisa seemed to be in a patriotic mood and wore a white England t-shirt with striped sports shorts.

She had her hair pulled back into a ponytail and jogged down the beach.

But Lisa decided that it was time to get even more wet and took a plunge in the sea, making her top go completely see-through.

The BB star didn’t appear to mind too much and continued to have fun in the water.

She did, however, find herself surprised by one wave which saw her fall forward.

Lisa had a giggle and lay down on the wet sand.

She told The Sun Online that the break was “much needed” – though she was missing her stud boyfriend Paul.

Lisa said: “I haven’t been abroad for five years, it’s helping me get through depression and un-clutter my mind. I’m missing my fella Paul, however will be back in his arms soon.”

Last week she gushed over her new toyboy lover, but admitted that she is bit of “a handful” for him.

In a dig at her ex ‘Britain’s Worst Boxer ‘ Robin Deakin, she told us that the double-glazing salesman is “real man”.

She said: “It’s going really well. He is a real man –  very manly!  He is 31-years-old and opens car doors for me!

“He is very supportive as he knows and understands how stressed I have been past few years. I’m probably a hand full for him!”
