Lupita Nyong’o flaunted her jaw-dropping figure as arrived at the star-studded opening of Dolce & Gabbana’s 40th anniversary exhibition in Milan on Saturday.
The actress, 41, commanded attention in a sequinned silver mini skirt which she teamed with a tiny matching crop top.
She wore the co-ord over a sheer black bodysuit that hugged every inch of her toned physique as she hit the red carpet.
Lupita showcased her unique sense of style as she completed the look with shades and styled her hair in an eye-catching up do.
From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce&Gabbana will bring together Dolce&Gabbana one-of-a-kind creations for the very first time.
The exhibition will be an open love letter to Italian culture as the enduring inspiration for Dolce&Gabbana’s fashion designs, tracing the extraordinary translation of the ideas of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, from the heart through to their realisation, by hand.
The exhibition, which will launch in Milan and then tour worldwide, will celebrate the fashion house as a symbol of Italian glamour, exploring its approach to unconventional luxury.
Speaking to Financial Times ahead of the exhibition opening the brand’s founders and co-owners explained how they hope to tell the story of ‘where they had come from.’
Stefano said: ‘Our dream is to inspire the new generations, to encourage them to express what they feel, and give them courage.’
Domenico added: ‘We would like young people to see in the artistic professions an alternative, an antidote to banality and homogenisation.
‘And if this project leads them to marvel at the creativity and craftsmanship that are contained not only in the final product, but in the entire process, we will feel truly happy.’
Last month Lupita and Joshua Jackson were spotted packing on the PDA as they vacationed in Mexico amid their budding romance.
The father-of-one shockingly split from ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith last fall. The exes share daughter Juno, four in April.
Turner-Smith cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ in her divorce filings as she made a bid to remove herself from her ‘unhealthy’ marriage with Joshua last October.
Weeks after she filed for divorce, the actor was pH๏τographed holding hands with Lupita, hours after it was confirmed they were dating.
Jodie recently spoke for the first time to the Sunday Times Style magazine about why her marriage ended.
‘Sometimes things we really want to work just don’t end up working. And that’s OK. The most important thing is that you choose what’s healthiest for you and your family and definitely your children. There are so many different moments in our life where we look at ourselves and say, “Who am I and am I being true to that?”
‘If the answer is no, then you have to make a move because I believe that there are visible scars from staying in places that are not good for us. And they don’t just affect us, they affect everybody around us. I don’t think it’s a failure. We obviously had such a beautiful moment together. And now it’s time for a new moment for both of us,’ she stated.
