The model daughter of actress Lisa Rinna donned a strappy black dress embroidered with peach-coloured lace flowers and a black satin panel.
The daring outfit was completely see-through, showing off her incredible figure and flashing a peek at her skimpy black underwear underneath.
She turned up the heat even more by going braless in the sheer ensemble and draped a black leather jacket over her arms.
Delilah added a few extra inches of height to her frame with a pair of strappy black high heels.
She accessorised with a pair of chunky gold hoop earrings, a gold chain and a pendant necklace that spelled out her name.
Her long blonde tresses were styled in a half-up-half-down hairdo, with several strands left down to frame her face.
Delilah completed her striking look with light palette of makeup, including rosy blush and a slick of pink lipstick.
Her birthday outing comes after Delilah made her red carpet debut with boyfriend Henry Eikenberry at The Crowded Room premiere in New York City last week.
Henry was previously seen getting cosy with Delilah in pH๏τos obtained by Page Six in March.
After she had attended the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards, she was seen dropping by a nearby bar where she met up with the actor.
She beamed ear-to-ear in the pH๏τos, and both shared plenty of laughs, while there was no shortage of PDA, with both stars seen hugging repeatedly and getting close.
Delilah had previously dated Love Island UK star Eyal Booker, though they split in 2021, MailOnline exclusively revealed.
The US star, who started dating Eyal, 27, in 2019, called time on their relationship before New Year’s Eve so she could begin 2022 with a fresh start.
A source told MailOnline the couple’s shock breakup was amicable and added: ‘Delilah ended her relationship with Eyal before New Year’s Eve. It was important to her that 2022 could be a fresh start and right now she wants to be single and focus on her career.
‘Last year, she experienced some difficult times, but she’s come out the other side stronger than ever and is happy, enjoying time with friends and family, as well as looking positivity to the future.’
