The “California Gurls” singer showed off the plunging silver chainmail dress she wore for the episode.

The silver chainmail dress that Katy wore was from Paco Rabanne. It featured a fitted bodice with a plunging v-neckline and a sheer asymmetrical skirt. The outfit is very reminiscent of the cowgirl-chic chainmail bodysuit Katy wore for an album party. The “Part of Me” singer was styled by Tatiana Waterford who put together the ensemble she wore to Jimmy Kimmel Live! last month. She was spotted wearing a barely-there zebra miniskirt and thigh-high boots.

For the bonus American Idol episode, Katy (who’s being compared to Simon Cowell for her “bully” behavior) added more shimmering details to the outfit with a pair of silver dangling earrings. She kept her iconic black hair in loose waves past her shoulders, complimenting her minimal makeup. The singer’s hair and makeup were created by makeup artist Michael Anthony and hairstylist Rick Henry.
